Austin Fashion Week Designer Recap

Some say that every end is a new beginning.  Looking back on this year’s Austin Fashion Week, made me realize how incredible the designs were!  I think it is safe to say that for many of this year’s Austin Fashion Week designers, the end of fashion week marks the beginning of a burgeoning career.

Let me give you a quick tour of the amazing designers this year, with some of my favorite pieces.

Runways Night One Favorites:

• Crowned Bird – Pink Skirt with Crop Blouse & Polka Dot Tan Skirt Suit
  
• Mysterious by NPN – ALL of his gorgeous, dramatic dresses & gowns.  Keep your eye on this designer!  Two of of my favs: Black and Gold Cocktail Dress & White Rhinestone Evening Gown

• Daniel Esquivel – Loved EVERYTHING!  His use of bright colors, especially pinks and oranges, is super fun.  My favorites: Yellow Suit, Orange Jumpsuit & Orange Mirror Print Dress
  
• Michael Knight – It’s hard to pick my favorites because I loved the entire collection!!  Two of my favorites: White Fitted Maxi Dress & Denim Jumpsuit
  
• Korto Momolu – Red Jumpsuit with White Top and Leather Belt & Linen Tie Dye Top
