It’s almost July Fourth, which means you probably have a weekend jam-packed full of fun. May the Fourth Be With You! Just do yourself a favor, and don’t show up looking like an American flag.
Here is the thing about Fourth of July fashion: sometimes wearing red, white, and blue can feel a little too contrived. Want to look less cheesy? I suggest wearing two out of the three patriotic colors. Just add another color to mix it up. I love this yellow, white, and blue, plaid shirt. It is still festive, but not annoying.
If you’re heading out to watch fireworks, be smart about your footwear choices. Now is not the time to wear your Converse Chuck Taylors (let’s just face it…they are not the world’s most comfortable shoes). SUAVS are my new go-to sneaker. They are stylish, comfortable, and chic. It’s a win-win.
With all of the sunny weather, this weekend wouldn’t be complete without a pair of mirrored sunglasses. Make sure you have some on hand. These LGR sunnies are my all-time favorite.
