In Style

I know you own them, because I did. They looked so pretty in the store. You talked yourself into buying them, “they would break in and be comfortable,” right? But every time you put them on, they hurt – instantly. 🙁

This is the Killer Heels dilemma. How many pairs do you own? It doesn’t matter anymore, because you are getting rid of them!

What is the secret to the perfect pair? I wish I could answer one of life’s greatest mysteries. But, what I can tell you is that I have found the d’orsay styles (in almost any brand) to be the most comfortable high heel. These Jessica Simpson beauties are my new go-to, since I had to retire my BCBG d’orsays. They come in multiple colors and work with basically everything your closet. I particularly like them with jeans or a skirt.

I love the day to night versatility of this pencil skirt and button up — tuck in the shirt by day & tie up the shirt ends at night. The heels work with either look and won’t have you dreaming of your Kushyfoot roll up flats.

Life is too short to wear killer heels. Fill your closet with chic, comfortable pairs of black, nude, & grey footwear. They may be all you need for a complete shoe collection. Your feet can thank me later.
