SXSW is a ten full days of amazingness. If you have ever been, you know that the days never end (in a good way) because you are learning, networking, and growing. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend attending in 2020. It can bring you to the next level in so many ways. Plus, many of the new friends and connections that you create, will last a lifetime.
If you are attending/ planning to attend, there is one thing that you need to remember: you have to go with the flow and be adaptable. You might start each day with a set agenda and then it rapidly changes….another session or panel may come up that you’d like to attend….lunch or dinner with a new friend or college….a new party…or activation…or concert.
The opportunities at SXSW are endless. So, it’s best to have an arsenal of accessories (and friends) that are adaptable too. You have to be open and prepared for anything that may come your way. And there’s one company that is making that even easier – LensCrafters.
I had a chance to visit the gorgeous Goop Austin pop up on S. Congress to check out glasses from LensCrafters with Transitions™ lenses and new contacts from Acuvue Oasys with Transitions. Y’all, both are seriously so cool. The glasses on display not only adjust to light, but the contacts will adapt to the lighting in your environment as well = perfect for SXSW. You may be inside for a session, then outside for the next activation, back inside for a meeting, and then outside for a party on Rainey St. With Transitions lenses, you’ll never have to worry about not being able to see properly. Genius!
They say you should always try to see life in the best light, and now LensCrafters and Acuvue are making it truly possible. To learn more, visit: https://www.lenscrafters.com/.
